Hey there, hi there, Amy! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney.
While I'm thrilled to see you here with another great planning question, it's definitely less than magical to hear that you are still having trouble viewing your pixie-dusted plans on your
My Disney Experience account. Since you and your partner are linked via your Family and Friends List, it sounds like your planning is off to a practically perfect start. Now, let's get your Disney Resort Hotel reservation listed under your plans so you can officially start your countdown to your magical holiday at the
Most Magical Place on Earth!
If your My Disney Experience account is properly linked to your partner's My Disney Experience account and the Resort reservation is properly linked to your partner's account, I suggest double-checking if it is listed on your account. Log into your
My Disney Experience account, hover over the My Disney Experience tab and click "My Plans." Scroll down to see if the Resort reservation is listed under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." If the Resort reservation is listed under your plans as well as his, you're good to go! It's time to get this planning party started!
If you don't see your Resort reservation listed under your plans, I suspect your My Disney Experience account is somehow not properly linked to the Resort reservation. Have your partner log into his My Disney Experience account, click "My Plans" and scroll down to the Resort reservation. Here, you can see the guests listed on the reservation and make sure that your current My Disney Experience account name (and character) is listed here. If not, have your partner click the "Change Reservation" button, scroll down and click "Change" next to the Travel Party to see if he can modify the guests to include your name as it is listed on your My Disney Experience account.
If you're still having trouble viewing your reservation on your account, I suggest
calling a helpful Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance. They will be able to wave their magic wands and help you just like bibbidi ... bibbidi ... boo!
I hope this was helpful, Amy! If I misunderstood your question or if you have any other questions at all, just
stop by and let me know. You've got a friend in me.
Happy planning,
Mandy
