My partner and I are leaving for DW in 6 days. We have reservations for a character bf and a show. Would it be nessessary to make reservations for other resteraunts before leaving home or could I make the reservations the morning we plan on eating?

Hi, Gina!    You must be getting so excited for your vacation!   Due to the popularity of the table service restaurants,  I highly recommend making Advance Dining Reservations prior to your vacation.    While you can try to call day-of for a reservation, you would need to be very flexible on your dining time and location.   If you want to keep your days open and don't want to get tied down with reservations, use quick service locations for breakfast and lunch, and schedule a late dinner.  That way your days are free for exploring WDW and you have a nice dinner to look forward to in the evenings.

Have a super time on your vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
