Hey there Ryan and welcome to planDisney!
Spooky Season is fast approaching and I'm so glad that you and your partner are getting to be a part of it. There are so many things to see and do at the Walt Disney World Resort and you definitely want to make sure you can experience as much of it as possible. If you don't plan on attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party you can still have an amazing day. Let me show you the way!
The venue for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is
Magic Kingdom Park. In order to get that party started, Guests who aren't participating will have to leave that park by 7 PM. This does not mean your day has to end. If your Theme Park Ticket has a Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to move over to whichever of the theme parks is still open and has availability as early as 2 PM.
Pro tip: The planner in me couldn't help coming up with a good game plan for you. I'd suggest starting your day at Magic Kingdom Park early. Once you've had your fill of the classics like the
Haunted Mansion and
Space Mountain, be prepared to head out to your next destination. If you're staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel I would definitely recommend going back for a nap or a dip in the pool for a bit. Then once you've had a chance to rest and reset head to EPCOT to enjoy the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and to light up your night with
Harmonious.
Ryan, even though a day at Magic Kingdom Park might be cut a little short by a party night, you'll still be able to find more magic around every corner. I hope I've been able to give you an idea of just how many possibilities are still close at hand. If you have any other questions, please
come back for another chat!
Happy planning!
Taylor
