Hi, my partner has booked a 2 night stay from 10th September to 12th September 2024 at the Caribbean resort. Is there a bag drop off at reception on day of hotel stay and also at check out to be able to fully use our park tickets on those days ?

    Hi Karen!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you with this question.

We all love to squeeze every moment out of our holidays, so I'm happy to say that if you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel - Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort - before your room is ready, you can leave your bags with Bell Services - located near the Front Desk. You can either collect your luggage from Bell Services when you are ready to check-in or call them from your room. You will need to be present in your hotel room when they deliver your luggage.  It's always worth checking if your room is ready, whatever time you arrive - you never know, it might be ready super early for you.  If you use online check-in, as a UK guest you will be sent an email when your room is ready (with your room number), so you can go off and enjoy your day until it's time to unpack and settle in for your holiday.

The same applies on your last day.  Take your luggage to Bell Services after you have checked out of your hotel room, and ask them to store it for you.  This facility to leave my luggage safely and securely is something I have often used before it's time to go home, especially as travelling back to the UK usually means an overnight flight, with lots of spare time between check-out of our room, and check-in at the airport.  On your last day you can visit the parks or spend time at your hotel - you are still welcome to use all the facilities there until you leave.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is on the Disney Skyliner route, providing a fun way to travel to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios.  You'll feel like you are enjoying a theme park attraction before you even get to the parks!  The view is amazing, and the Skyliner is now one of my favourite ways to travel around the Resort.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news about events that may be happening during your stay.
