Hello Molly,
As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it's truly my pleasure and delight to welcome you here today!
Oh boy, Molly! It sounds like you and your lovely partner have been extra busy planning toward what's sure to be a practically perfect in every way holiday to Walt Disney World Resort this coming September. After all, there's nothing quite like enjoying a jolly holiday together when staying within one of the gorgeously themed Disney Resorts Collection hotels!
As I expect you might already be aware, Guests need to successfully link
Magic Tickets to their
My Disney Experience account, which in turn enables them to go ahead and secure
Disney Park Pass reservations for their desired Disney days.
Molly, I'm more than pleased to share that to link Will Call
Magic Ticket eTickets purchased online from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account, you might like to follow these instructions -
- Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
- Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
- Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
- Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)
If for any reason you're still finding it a little tricky to link your Magic Tickets to your My Disney Experience account, then I would suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member who will be more than happy to offer some assistance with your Walt Disney Travel Company package holiday booking.
With just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, Cast Members will be able to gain access to your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so, can assist with linking your Magic Tickets.
It's easy to connect with a Disney Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. And lastly, it might be helpful to know that both my husband and I have our own My Disney Experience accounts which we link together via the
Family & Friends element.
It's useful for each Guest to have their own My Disney Experience account to link their Disney Theme Park Tickets, Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, Disney dining reservations, and more. Plus, when downloaded onto a smart device, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App can be utilised along with the
Disney MagicMobile Service,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering,
Direct-to-Room-Service and so much more besides!
Molly, I hope I've managed to provide some pixie-dusted pointers for you today. If you should have any further questions, then please feel free to pop back to
me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
