I have good news.
Theme park tickets being in your phone's wallet shouldn't affect your ability to book
Lightning Lanes. As long as all 5 theme park tickets are showing in My Disney Experience, and everyone is listed on the hotel reservation (if applicable), you should be able to select all 5 Guests in your party when you go to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass. To double-check, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile, and scroll to the right to see all of the tickets. You can also confirm this through My Disney Experience on a computer by selecting "
My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu, and selecting "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" to confirm theme park tickets or looking at the Guests listed under your resort hotel reservation to confirm they are all there. Of course, if anything is missing, you may want to
contact a friendly Cast Member at the resort to help you.
Now that we have confirmed everyone has a theme park ticket and is on your hotel reservation, let's get that missing
Disney MagicMobile pass set up. Click on those handy 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the mobile app, scroll down, and select "Set Up MagicMobile Entry." Then, click the plus (+) in the upper right-hand corner, select their name, and follow the prompts. If they aren't there, there could be something else going on. It's a possibility that there may be another adult who
manages their plans. If this is the case,
that person would need to create the pass. If this scenario doesn't describe your situation, I would again recommend you
reach out to a Cast Member at the resort who can look into your specific situation and guide you through the solution.
