Ahoy there, Bob!
It sounds like you have a big crew setting sail for a magical high-seas vacation with Disney Cruise Line! These types of vacations make it very easy for large groups, as there is so much to experience for Guests of every age. I love how everyone can come together as often as they'd like throughout the day to enjoy on board fun or adventures ashore. And your evening rotational dining is the perfect opportunity to share all the day's details with your crew.
Since you are sailing with multiple staterooms, you do not need to check in all together at the cruise terminal. The easiest way to ensure a smooth transition from land to sea is to complete online check-in for everyone, and have all the
important documentation handy for the Cast Member checking you in. Even members of the same stateroom can check in separately if travel plans to the port are not the same. When you complete your online check-in, each stateroom should have a QR code that can be printed off or saved to a mobile wallet. Make sure each person or group checking in has this available, because it will be shown multiple times, all the way up to boarding the ship.
Bob, you have so much to look forward to in early April aboard Disney Cruise Line. While you count down the final weeks, be sure to have everyone download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before heading to the port. This will be your go-to guide throughout the sailing, and you can use the chat feature to connect to everyone in your party. As soon as you are in the cruise terminal, you can log in to see your dining rotation, ship's activities,
character experiences, purchase an internet package, check your onboard balance, and so much more!
Thank you for visiting, planDisney! If you think of any additional questions, we hope you'll cruise back over to see us. Have a magical voyage with Captains Mickey and Minnie!
