Hi there, Brandy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to hEAR you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation planned! Hopefully you’ve downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and have started exploring all the fun and exciting activities available onboard and at the ports of call you will be visiting.
I love your question because like you, I am VERY particular about my water, too! I prefer certain brands of bottled water and can totally tell the difference! We always take advantage of the Disney Cruise Line policy that allows Guests to carry on water bottles so that we have exactly what we want for our time onboard. As long as you keep the unopened bottles as part of your carry-on luggage you can bring water onboard with you, if you choose to do so! While onboard food and beverage is always subject to change without notice, I have found that in the past the water bottles available to purchase onboard are Evian or Dasani brand water, and they often have both available. Bottles of water can be purchased individually or through a bulk purchase, either
before you set sail or once onboard. Additionally, there is water available at the 24-hour drink station which is purified through a really interesting reverse osmosis process. If you find yourself in your stateroom, check out the information channels on the television to learn more about the process that Disney Cruise Line uses to purify the water onboard!
Disney Cruise Line takes great efforts in doing things to protect and conserve the environment. Recently they have switched to refillable toiletries in your stateroom (still using the incredible
H20+ products) and eliminating Personal Navigator distribution at your evening turndown service. Instead, you will use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to find a full schedule of onboard activities and entertainment!
As you continue to plan for your adventure with Captain Mickey and friends, please come back with any other questions you may have!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
