    I have a partial used 10 day pass. How do I find out how many days remain? Can I add more days? Can I add the park hopper option for my remaining days?

     Welcome back to planDisney, John. We're delighted to help you plan your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

     With your arrival being just a week away, I recommend reaching out to the Ticketing Team to get the quickest, easiest, and most accurate answers to your questions about your Theme Park Tickets. You can call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. The Ticketing Team can also be reached by emailing ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. When you email them, be sure to include the following information:


    1. Photograph or scan of the front and back of the ticket
    2. Your full name
    3. Where and when the ticket was purchased
    4. Purchaser's name and form of payment
    5. Phone number where you can be reached during the day


     If you're able to add the Park Hopper Option to your existing Theme Park Tickets, you'll be able to experience even more pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks! When the Park Hopper Option returned to the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disney Parks Blog posted a super helpful infographic about how the new process works. Be sure to check it out!
