Let's go through some payment options so that you can cross this step off of your travel to-do list, and get back to planning the best trip ever.
You can make a payment for your upcoming adventure online or by phone. If you would like to process an online payment you can do so in your
My Disney Experience account through the
Walt Disney World website. Select the My Plans option from the drop-down menu located on the top right of the screen. This page should list your upcoming itinerary and include details about your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation. Below your hotel information, you will see a confirmation number, remaining balance, and a blue link labeled "Make a Payment". Select this link to proceed with making a payment in just a few easy steps. If you do not see your upcoming trip details, be sure that you have
linked your reservation and confirmation numbers to your My Disney Experience account. It is worth noting that payments towards a Walt Disney World vacation package can not be made through the My Disney Experience mobile app. This is one of the few differences between the mobile app and the website.
Should you prefer to process a payment by phone, you can speak to a friendly Cast Member with
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. Calls can be made from 7 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. This would also be the number to call if you are unable to locate any reservation or confirmation numbers in your My Disney Experience account.
I do want to mention that if you booked your trip through a travel professional or agency you will need to process any payments through them. You will not be able to process a payment through My Disney Experience or by phone.
