    Part 2 questions for MVMCP and Galaxy's Edge. Good places to eat a QS meal b4 party begins? Does Main Street Trolley show perform around 4? At SWGE, will there be character meet & greets, shows, and parades?

    Hi, Michelle!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    It sounds like you have quite the exciting Walt Disney World Resort visit planned!  Attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and visiting Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge sounds like a trip that will be practically perfect in every way!

    Grabbing a bite to eat at one of the delicious quick-service dining locations in Magic Kingdom Park before Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party sounds like a great plan.  Stopping for a hot dog at Casey's Corner would be super convenient as you enter the park and stroll right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.  Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe has a great selection of traditional counter-service staples like burgers and chicken nuggets.  Columbia Harbour House is one of my personal favorite quick-service restaurants, and the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow is amazing.  Just be sure to save room for all of the yummy holiday cookies during the party!

    Typically, the Main Street Trolley Show takes place during the morning hours, but be sure to check the Walt Disney World website, your My Disney Experience mobile app, or the Times Guide for specific showtimes for the date that you will be visiting.  Currently, showtimes are listed on the Walt Disney World website through the end of August, so check back as it gets closer to your trip.

    I had the opportunity to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge when it opened at Disneyland Resort a few months ago.  Although there may be a few minor differences when Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens at Disney's Hollywood Studios, character appearances should be quite similar.  While there are no formal character meet and greets at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you will likely see characters walking around throughout the land.  There are no set showtimes, but you may witness Storm Troopers interacting with guests, Kylo Ren addressing a crowd of First Order supporters, Rey recruiting new members of the Resistance, or Chewbacca repairing a ship.  Outside of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you will find many additional Star Wars experiences.  You can meet some of your favorite Star Wars characters at Star Wars Launch Bay, and be sure to check out the show, Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away.
