We are part of a Magical gathering and have 4 rooms. Can we still do on line check in and have our rooms together?

    Hi LaCreshia,

You could do online check-in even though you are part of a Magical Gathering.  I, however, would be more inclined to do the more traditional check-in since you want your rooms to be together.

If you do online check-in, your resort map, keys, etc. will be waiting for you so that means the room is already assigned and registered to you.  If, on the other hand, you check-in with a cast member through the non-online route, you can verify with the Cast Member taking care of you that your request for rooms near one another has been met.  If it has not, you could ask the Cast Member if he or she could change that. I think this option gives you more flexibility with regard to room assignments.   I recently traveled with a group of 15 and we utilized traditional check-in so that we could make sure all four rooms were together.  It worked out really well for us.

Wishing you and your large travel party a truly magical Disney adventure!
