Hello! I am part of a family of 6 traveling to spend Thanksgiving at Disneyland! Where will we be able to find a traditional turkey dinner on Thanksgiving? Reservations are not open yet for that date, but we want to be prepared! Thank you!!!! CQ

Hi Cheryl! Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send us another question!

Spending holidays at the Disneyland Resort makes me smile, and the memories made are so priceless! I'm happy to hear that you and your family will be spending Thanksgiving at The Happiest Place on Earth! While we don't yet know the details of Thanksgiving Day and the dining experiences, I can share the dining locations where a traditional Thanksgiving meal was offered last year. If you prefer to dine outside of the theme parks, Storytellers Cafe at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa traditionally offers a Thanksgiving meal. If you plan to be in Disneyland Park, Blue Bayou Restaurant, Plaza Inn, and Carnation Café all offered Thanksgiving meals last year, and it's possible that will be the case again this year. I have also noticed that while some dining locations might not offer a Thanksgiving meal, there are Thanksgiving-inspired menu items available. You can learn about the latest holiday offerings by staying tuned to Disney Parks Blog

Advanced Dining Reservations for the holiday season at select locations, such as Storytellers Cafe, will be available beginning on October 2nd. First, I recommend having a top dining choice in mind for Thanksgiving Day. Then, be ready to make your reservation as soon as they become available. You can make dining reservations on the Disneyland website or using the Disneyland Mobile App.

If you have more questions before you arrive, please feel free to send them to us at planDisney. We're excited for you and your family to visit, and we would love to help!

    Wishing you magic,
    Lisa
