Hello Miranda,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The holidays are truly magical at the Walt Disney World Resort. My first visit was during Christmas so this is my favorite time of the year to be at the place where the magic is endless!
I always plan in advance, so I suggest that you go ahead and make your
dining reservations. Do not worry about missing one because of
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Just remember that you will not be allowed to remain in the park after your meal if you do not have a ticket to the party. Last year I witnessed Cast Members at the entrance of each land at Magic Kingdom Park verifying if Guests were wearing a wristband for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Those without a band were kindly reminded that it was an event for Guests with tickets. If you have a dining reservation, just let them know and you will be gladly directed to your dining location.
One final tip: Take the opportunity to purchase tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. It is such a great celebration, the parade is gorgeous, it snows on Main Street U.S.A. and the BEST part for me was the hot chocolate and special treats. I had so much fun last year that I will be attending again for sure.
I hope this helps you while planning. Come back with more questions, we are so happy to help.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
