    We will be going to all 4 parks and need best restaurants for gluten free menu

    Hi there Carol, it's so great to see you back at planDisney!

    With folks in my family with special dietary needs and as a dedicated Duncle (Disney Uncle) myself to a nephew with a gluten allergy, I recently put together a deck full of suggestions at different kinds of dining locations that do a great job of handling Special Dietary Requests that I hope you'll find a sample of these to be useful:

    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park does an incredible job of offering beautiful gluten-free menu options at Tiffins Restaurant along with the popular gluten-friendly Churros at Nomad Lounge, but the spot I highly recommend is Satu'li Canteen with its bowls that you can customize and perhaps one of the most allergy-friendly Quick Service menus across Walt Disney World Resort property to suit a variety of diets.
    • In EPCOT, I will always suggest going to Le Cellier Steakhouse for the vast variety of options and the incredibly considerate Canadian service and perhaps the gluten-free glory that is the famous Poutine! For faster fare or a hankering for barbecued meats, Regal Eagle Smokehouse is our go-to - along with their allergy-friendly garlic toast.
    • Finally, at Disney's Hollywood Studios we like to frequent Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo for a bit more of an exotic, themed dining experience and options with flavors and textures wildly different from most of the other locations in the theme park.
