How do you get to the parks for Early Entry for Resort Guests? We are staying at Pop & the only option is the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios which doesn't run until 45 minutes before park open. But how do people begin arriving at 7 for 8:30 entry?

    Hi, Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney!

Staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort: Check. Access to the Disney Skyliner: Check. Taking advantage of Early Theme Park Entry: Check, check, and check! You've got all the ingredients for an incredible morning at the Walt Disney World Resort. Now, we just have to put it together to make the magic happen!

When you gather up the family to head to Disney's Hollywood Studios for your Early Theme Park Entry fun, rest assured that Disney will have a way to get you to your destination. There's a sign posted at the Disney Skyliner station between Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort that has the daily hours listed, so I'd try to wander over the night before you plan to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry and check the hours for the latest updates. It's also really helpful to chat with the Cast Members operating the Disney Skyliner at that time. They'll have the best and most up-to-date info on how to get where you need to go.

My guess is that Guests who are arriving at the theme park before 8 a.m. are probably using a car. If you'd like to get there earlier than the Disney Skyliner begins operating, you can always order a ride share service like Lyft or Uber to pick you up right at your Resort hotel and drop you off at the theme park entrance. That's definitely the quickest way to get your Disney day started.

Only two more sleeps 'til Disney, Elizabeth! I hope you have a truly magical vacation. Before you know it, it'll be time to fly!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
