Hi, I have Parkinson’s disease and am travelling to Disney in July 2024. I live in the UK. Am I still able to pre-register for DAS? Thank you

    Hey, Andrea. Welcome to planDisney!

There's nothing like having a Walt Disney World holiday on the calendar. It'll make getting through those cold, rainy, winter days a bit more bearable. As you anticipate your trip, your friends at planDisney are here every step of the way. If you have a question, you know where to find us. Make sure you check out the planDisney podcast and the helpful planning videos on our website. We love helping fellow Guests like you plan their next magical adventure.

Walt Disney World Resort does a brilliant job of caring for Guests with disabilities. The Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great way to make the most out of your visit. It's absolutely free and is available to all qualifying Guests. Since you are based in the UK, you can't currently pre-register for DAS from across "the pond." However, once you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, you can apply for DAS by stopping by Guest Relations in any of the theme parks. You'll speak with a Cast Member who'll be able to talk through your particular needs and, if appropriate, complete the registration process for you. You'll then have DAS for the next 60 days, which you can access through the My Disney Experience mobile app.

I hope that's helpful, Andrea. Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest. TTFN, ta-ta for now.
