Is Parking at the resorts free if you have a handicap placard?

    Ka-chow!

I am so glad you made time for a pit stop at planDisney as you plan for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Chanta.  Before you know it, you'll be real gone and racing toward your vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth!  How exciting!

There is no charge for standard parking at Disney Resort hotels when you have a handicap placard if you are staying in a room at that particular resort or have a dining reservation.  Simply show your handicap placard and a government issued ID when you check in to your resort and the parking fee will be waived.

If you need any assistance or accommodations during your stay, there are additional services available to make your visit as magical as possible!  Simply reach out to Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com for help before your arrival.

Be sure to check out all of the complimentary transportation options available for you to speed to the theme parks from your resort hotel.  In my experience, I have found them to be very accessible and icons like the Monorail are all part of the experience of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  I hope you have a chance to check out the Disney Skyliner!  I feel like this is one of the best attractions outside of the parks.  It offers quite a view!

Cruise back to planDisney if you have any additional questions before you hit the highway for your vacation, Chanta!

    See ya real soon!  Angie
