Can a parking pass not needed be refunded

Hiya, Lesley! Thanks for cruising by planDisney on the way to a magical visit to Disneyland next week. I'm glad you're here!

I am sorry to say, but the theme park parking vouchers are not refundable. I know this isn't what you hoped to hear. The good news is that they are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, so there is plenty of time to use them even if you can't on your upcoming trip. Please note that these pre-paid Theme Park Parking vouchers are only good for parking at the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals Parking Structure, or the Toy Story Parking Area. Vouchers are not valid for parking at Downtown Disney or at any of the Disneyland Hotels.

Lesley, your visit coincides with the merriest time of year and my favorite season to visit the Happiest Place on Earth. To see all of the fun festivities, be sure to check out the Holidays at Disneyland Resort guide in the Disneyland Mobile App. Here you can find information on holiday ride overalys, seasonal foods to enjoy, entertainment offerings, and more! I was able to enjoy lots of the holiday fun recently, and I think you must try the Festive Food Marketplaces in California Adventure. You can also see Holiday Toy Drummers and see Mickey's Happy Holidays dance through the street! If you want some extra merriment, check out the beautiful Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle. The projections are simply breathtaking! Showtimes and character greeting times can be found in the app.

I'm wishing you the happiest of visits, Lesley. Please visit us again if you have any questions!

    Stay magical,
    Melissa
