Do the parking lots at disneyland offer same day in and out privileges?

    Hi Tori!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. One of the wonderful benefits of Disneyland Resort theme park tickets is being able to come and go from the parks throughout the day as you please. We often head back to our hotel for a nap or some shopping at the Downtown Disney District. Lucky for you, this benefit also extends to the two theme park parking areas: Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and Toy Story Parking Area. When you enter either of these parking areas in the morning, you will receive a receipt with the date. Just make sure you save this if you plan on re-entering later in the day. You can also enter either parking area when you return no matter which one you parked at in the morning. I have started my day early in Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, left Disneyland Resort property, and returned to the Toy Story Parking Area that evening when I showed my receipt.

Since I was not very familiar with the surrounding streets in the Disneyland Resort area my first few visits, I found it helpful that you can input the names of the two parking areas on any GPS device or map app to easily give you directions to these locations.

Whether you are driving a Rollickin' Roadster, Doom Buggy, or Minnie van, I hope you have a safe and pleasant journey on your Disneyland Resort vacation!
