Hi Natalya! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah! By the looks of it, you have arrived at the
Most Magical Place on Earth! I hope you are off to an amazing start and have settled into your vacation! Having a vehicle to get around the Walt Disney World Resort is an added bonus as it awards you another option to travel to and from the parks. My family has been driving there since my children were born and we enjoy having our car as an option with our little ones.
Parking at EPCOT is as easy as pie! There is a large parking lot located at the front entrance for all Guests to utilize. To get here, once you have entered Walt Disney World property, follow the signs that take you to EPCOT. Walt Disney World has wonderful internal signs that will direct you to any destination on property. Once you enter the parking lot area, there will be an entry point where Cast Members will collect payment for parking. If you are staying onsite at a Disney Resorts Hotel, parking at any of the theme parks each day is at no additional cost since it is included in your stay. If you are staying offsite, there are
different costs associated with what type of parking you prefer. Currently, standard parking is $25 per day while preferred parking will cost between $45-$50 per day. Oversized vehicles, such as a camper trailer or RV, will cost $30 per day. (Keep in mind that these prices are subject to change at any time.)
If you are looking for a fun and interesting way to get to
EPCOT, you can park at the
Ticket and Transportation Center (parking fees will be the same as above) located closer to the Magic Kingdom Park. If you park here, there is a monorail that will take you to EPCOT and will loop around the inside of the park. You get amazing views of the different worlds inside of EPCOT including picturesque views of Spaceship Earth. This route will take you longer than if you just park out front of EPCOT, but it sure is a lot more fun!
Natalya, I hope you have the best time during your stay! As I'm sure you are aware,
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind recently debuted at EPCOT. If you plan on riding it, you will need to use the
Virtual Queue System or purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane for this attraction. I have not had the pleasure of experiencing this ride just yet, but I have heard some amazing reviews about it already!
Have a magical day!
Greg
