    For parking Dec 27-31 is it better to ride a shuttle from an off site hotel to Disney Springs and catch a bus or how much longer does travel take to the parks during this peak season?

    Hi Debra!

    The week of Christmas and New Year at Walt Disney World is indeed one of the busiest times on property. But it is also one of the most magical times with the beautiful decorations and the spirit of the holiday all around you in the parks and in the resorts.

    If you are staying at an off site hotel it is best you use that shuttle service to reach the parks. Disney Springs does not offer bus service to the parks. However, in the reverse you can reach Disney Springs from the parks.

    At this time of year the resort buses traveling to the parks are extremely crowded. These buses are in use for the Disney resort guests only. The best transportation for you would be to use the hotel shuttle service to get you to where you need to be in the most efficient way and time. Parking and traffic for the parks can be horrendous and very time consuming.
