Hi Kassandra!
Traveling with a large group can be a lot of fun! Here are some quick tips to help you make the most of your time together:
Make sure to take full advantage of the
My Disney Experience app. This can help you keep track of reservations, wait times, and park maps, which is particularly useful for coordinating with a large group.
Designate Meeting Spots: Choose specific locations within the parks to meet up in case your group gets separated.
Consider making dining reservations in advance to accommodate your group, especially for table-service restaurants. Don’t forget though that you can often find Walk-Up availability in your My Disney Experience App for same-day dining reservations. You can also take advantage of
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering and this will help save time waiting in line for Quick-Service meal options.
It is my understanding that for a 10-person passenger van is considered an oversized vehicle at Disney World, the parking fee is $35 per day. This
parking fee grants you a parking pass that is valid all day at all four theme parks—Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. It's important to note that parking fees can change without prior notice, so it's always a good idea to check the latest rates before your visit.
Additionally, if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or if you are a select
Annual Passholder, standard theme park parking is included with your stay or pass. This can be a great perk and a cost-saving benefit for your group.
I hope that you and your family have the most magical time!
