Parking- if you are checking out of a Disney hotel does complimentary parking at the parks still apply or is this only up until check out? Many thanks

Hello there, Peta! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's so nice to see you again!

Having access to a car at the Walt Disney World Resort can really come in handy. My family lives within driving distance, so we always have our car with us. Even though we love using Disney transportation (and I can't wait to try out the new Disney Skyliner later this year!), sometimes driving yourself is just a tad more convenient.

One of the many perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is being able to park for free if you decide to drive to the Theme Parks. And I have great news for you, Peta! Even after you've checked out of your room, you're still considered a Resort hotel Guest until midnight on the last day of your stay. So if you want to cap off your vacation with a magical day in a Theme Park, rest assured you'll still have the benefit of complimentary parking throughout the day.

I hope this helps you plan your amazing visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Peta. Please come back and see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
