Hiya Karen - thanks for stopping by
planDisney!
I absolutely love finding unexpired
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets or old Disney Gift Cards that still have funds on them. Sadly, I think my house has been fully searched so I'm unlikely to have any more of those surprises any time soon!
While there are many things that are easy to take care of on your own via your My Disney Experience account online or in the app, I think your situation would probably best be handled with a phone call, Karen.
You could try emailing the team of Cast Members who investigate older tickets first -
you can find instructions here. They can take a bit of time to reply, but your trip isn't until February, so if you reach out now, I think you'll have plenty of time. They'll likely only be able to provide information about how to use your existing ticket, not necessarily how to handle admission for your entire trip.
For that reason,
calling and speaking to a Cast Member from the Existing Tickets line might be a better choice. They specialize in anything to do with tickets and can help identify what options you may have, and can help you complete an additional/new ticket purchase. Every ticket is different, and many have different terms and conditions. It may be that your existing ticket has some value that could be applied to a new Multi-Day Theme Park Ticket, or that the best option is to simply buy a new ticket only for the additional days.
I hope this information is helpful, Karen! Are planning on visiting
EPCOT during your upcoming vacation? I sure hope so because the brand-new
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster is a blast that simply can't be missed!
