the most magical ponies on Earth.
Parking at Disney Resort Hotels is typically reserved for guests staying at the resort or for those with dining and activity reservations. Since the pony rides are currently walk-up only, you probably won't be able to park at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. But hold on to your horses! I have some suggestions.
You could plan your time at "The Fort" on a day when you'll be at
Magic Kingdom Park. Just outside the park entrance, you'll see signs for
Resort Launches. Hop aboard the boat to Fort Wilderness for a scenic cruise across Bay Lake. The best part of this plan is that the boat will drop you off near the
Settlement area, which is
closer to the stables than the resort's main parking lot.
Another option is to use a rideshare service, but keep in mind that your driver will drop you at the main parking lot near the resort entrance. You'll take an internal shuttle through the campground to the Settlement area if you choose this option.
Finally, you can travel in style in a polka-dotted steed by using
Minnie Van service through the Lyft app. This option is a bit more expensive, but a Minnie Van is the only rideshare that can drop you off in the Settlement area. My friend
Amy recently booked a Minnie Van and loved it; I can't wait to try one now!
