Hello! We are going to park at TTC and do a monorail tour for our guests first florida visit before our chef Mickey’s reservation (9:25 pm) on may 24th, magic kingdom closed at 10, extended hours til 12 am. What time does the monorail stop going to TTC. TY

    Hi there, Lexi!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm sure you're already counting down the days to your most magical vacation. I know that I'm super excited about my own upcoming character dining experience at Chef Mickey's, so I can definitely relate! Be sure to arrive hungry and have your autograph book ready to go. You're going to have the BEST time!

So, I have great news for you, Lexi. Your plan to return to the Transportation and Ticket Center after dinner is going to work out just fine: I spoke to a friendly Cast Member, and he confirmed that the Disney Resort Monorail will run until about an hour after park close. Because Magic Kingdom Park's Disney After Hours event ends at the stroke of midnight, then it should run until 1 a.m., or until the theme park is completely empty.

AN EXTRA GEM: I would usually recommend that you'd end your Disney Monorail tour of the Resort hotels at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to see the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks from the beach there; however, with your later dining reservation, start your fun there. The Grand Ceremonial House is a sight to be seen, and there are some yummy food and drink options there like at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto and Tambu Lounge.

I hope this information helps you plan your evening, Lexi. With you as their guide, your friend's first visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be amazing! If you have any other questions, feel free to revisit us here at planDisney.

    Magic always,
