Hello, I got our park tickets through my work. I tried linking them up and none of the cards look like the ones I have. Wondering how to get them linked or if we have to wait till we get there. The dates on back of cards are 9/12 and 6/11. Thanks so much

    Hi Lori,

Considering all of the awesome technologies that have been recently rolled out at Walt Disney World (e.g. My Disney Experience) and the ones that are currently being tested (e.g. MagicBands), you asked a great question!

When dealing with tickets that have been purchased from third parties, unfortunately they cannot be linked to a My Disney Experience profile.

Will that change in the future? Considering the new technologies that are being demonstrated, it very well could.

Assuming that you have paper tickets, you should be able to use them in the turnstiles at the various theme parks. (Even though the MagicBand touch points have replaced most of them, some of the old school turnstiles are still in service.)

If you got vouchers instead of paper tickets, then you should take them to one of the Guest Relations locations on property to redeem the vouchers for paper tickets.

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

If you want to double-check the validity of your tickets (since you mentioned the dates printed on the tickets), you can always call Disney's Guest Relations at: (407) 566-4985 and have them verified.

I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back if you should have any additional questions and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
