Hi there Craig, and welcome to
planDisney!
As a mom of two young Mouseketeers, I completely understand wanting to postpone some activities until the little ones are just as protected as we are. We have a visit to Walt Disney World coming up in just a few days, and we plan to spend a lot of time experiencing outdoor
attractions, enjoying the swimming pools at our
Resort Hotel, and dining al fresco.
Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World theme park admission is non-refundable. Fortunately, all is not lost, and the amount you paid can be applied to the purchase of future tickets when the time is right for your family to travel. Because our current situation is certainly out of the ordinary, it might be worth calling existing ticket services at (407) 566-4985 to see if anything can be done in terms of a refund.
If you experience a brief hold when calling, check out what's new on the
Disney Parks Blog or
find us on social media. There's going to be a lot going on in the Disney Parks
this upcoming year, and you'll definitely want to stay up to date on what's new and exciting. I'll wish upon a star that everything works out for you, Craig. I hope you and your family have a safe and healthy fall, and we look forward to seeing you back at the Most Magical Place on Earth real soon.
