I have 8 park tickets to WDW registered in my account that expire in 2020. I was hoping to extend them into 2021 as we were unable to attend safely this year. Is that possible? Thank you!

    Hey there Amy!

Thanks for visiting planDisney! It's great to hear that you have a Disney vacation to look forward to this year. There's so much to enjoy coming to Walt Disney World Resort this year. Have you checked out "21 Ways to Kick Off 2021 with Magic at Walt Disney World Resort" yet? I'm so looking forward to the new experiences, and, of course, I'm also looking forward to experiencing my favorite classic attractions. (Hello Starport Seven-Five, I'm ready for launch!).

Amy, I had a similar experience as you a few months ago and needed to reschedule a Disney vacation for which I had purchased theme park tickets. In my case, I was happy to learn from Ticketing Guest Services at Walt Disney World Resort that I can use the tickets for a new trip I can plan this year. As I don't know all the details about your specific ticket purchase, my best suggestion is to reach out to Walt Disney World Ticketing directly by calling 407-566-4985 and selecting option 4. They should be able to confirm any expiration dates on your theme park tickets, or possibly help with applying the value of your unused tickets towards purchasing new theme park tickets

It's so exciting that you'll be celebrating at Walt Disney World Resort.

Enjoy every one of your Disney days!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
