How do I get my park tickets from my park pass

    Hiya Tom!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! As a fellow international Guest, I am so excited for you to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort real soon, and I am honoured to be a part of your planning journey. I always say the best way to pass the time until your next Disney vacation is to dig deep in the planning process!

When it comes to using your tickets, there are a few things you will need to do. First, make sure that your tickets have been linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, simply use the ticket number under the barcode in your confirmation email and connect it to your account online. Second, you will also have to make sure you have made theme park reservations. Indeed, theme park reservations are currently required in addition to your tickets to be able to visit the theme parks. Lastly, you will be able to use your tickets in a few different ways. Upon your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can pick up physical tickets at a ticketing window at the main entrance of any of the theme parks. Another option would be downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app and using the Disney MagicMobile Service. This service allows you to download your theme park ticket onto your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Google Pay enabled Android smartphone and simply use your device to tap into the theme parks! In addition, you can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app to link any MagicBands you might buy on your vacation to your tickets. Personally, I love getting new MagicBands as they become associated with my memories from my trip! If you need help linking your new MagicBands, don't hesitate to stop by a Guest Relations window, as they will be happy to help.

Now, I thought I would share some other features on the My Disney Experience mobile app that have become absolutely essential to my trips. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can check into your hotel early on the mobile app and go straight to your room once it is ready. That way, you can skip the lines at the Front Desk and go straight to the theme parks. You can even unlock your door with your phone! My favourite service, however, is mobile food orders. Thanks to the mobile app, you can order your meals and snacks while in line for your favourite attraction or even while on Disney transportation. To me, that means ordering Mickey waffles straight from my comfortable Disney Resort bed. What can possibly be more magical than that? Simply click on the plus sign at the bottom of your screen and then on "Order Food." You will then select the restaurant you would like to order from and indicate when you are ready to pick up your order!

I hope this was helpful, Tom, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your holiday, please don't hesitate to reach out. You've got a friend in us, Tom!

    Have a magical day,
