I have park tickets with no expiration date on them . What numbers do I use to do the online reservations

    Hi David, welcome to planDisney!

To quote Captain Jack Sparrow, “Not all treasure is silver and gold, mate.” And it sounds like you found your own treasure of unused, unexpired theme park tickets

Every pirate knows “dead men tell no tales,” but luckily I’ve got the map that will lead the way to linking your tickets! You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account by first clicking the three horizontal bars in the bottom right of the mobile app. Then select “Tickets and Passes.” Click on the + symbol in the top right of the screen, and press “Link Tickets & Passes.” Here, you can enter or scan the ID code on your ticket. There is an option on this page that says, “Where is the ID code?” that can show you examples of various ticket styles and where to find the ID numbers. The length of the ID code varies based on when your tickets were issued, but typically they were located near the barcode on the back of the ticket.

Now it is possible that your tickets may not have the required information to link them on the My Disney Experience account. That doesn’t mean you’ll be sent to Davy Jones’ locker! If you can’t find the ID code on your ticket, you’ll need to call the number listed under “Existing Tickets” and speak to a Cast Member for assistance.

I hope this information helps you set sail on the way to your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, David! I’ll be here at planDisney for any future questions you have!

Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate’s life for me!
