Oh my goodness, Jennifer. It looks like you're traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! You must be so excited to visit again. It doesn't matter how many times I visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth," I am positively giddy to head back every time!
I think you're asking about your Key to the World card. If you no longer have it, no problem! First, be sure to
deactivate your card if it's still listed as "active" on your My Disney Experience account. To deactivate it, log in to your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Select "My MagicBands and Cards" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page to view and manage all your existing MagicBands and cards. If you see that the card you're asking about is listed as "active," go ahead and click the "Deactivate" button (you also have the option to report the card as lost).
To request a new Key to the World card, just stop by the ticket window of any of the four theme parks or the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Be sure to have your Theme Park Ticket order information on hand.
