We have park tickets on a Monday but will be arriving Sunday. Is there any way to go to guest services in the park to sign up for a DAS and rent a stroller even if my park ticket is valid for the next day? Or is there another place we can get the DAS?

    Hi Nikki,

Once you pass through those magical welcome gates on Sunday, you'll KNOW you're in for something really special! Enjoy settling in and discovering all of the magic and fun at your Resort hotel before your amazing day at Magic Kingdom Park on Monday!

While Guests used to be able to register for the Disability Access Service at the Guest Relations location outside of the Magic Kingdom Park entrance, they now ask that Guests head to the Guest Relations location inside the theme park to set up that service. I recently asked a Cast Member if there is any location around the Walt Disney World Resort where we could set up the Disability Access Service for our son that is outside of a theme park, but they said that the only locations that currently register Guests for it are at the Guest Relations locations inside each of the four theme parks.

I'd simply encourage you to arrive early on Monday morning and head to Guest Relations at City Hall first thing in the morning. You'll find it over on the left-hand side just after you enter the theme park. Stroller rental is located just inside Magic Kingdom Park as well, but more towards the middle, by the right-hand entrance. Hopefully you can hit both those spots quickly before heading down Main Street U.S.A. for an incredibly fun day! Just a heads up - your entire party will need to be present when you set up the Disability Access Service, so make sure you don't send someone to get the stroller until after you're done setting that up!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nikki, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
