I have park tickets for my daughter, my husband and myself. However, I accidentally assigned two of the tickets to myself, and one to my daughter. How can I correct this?

Hello there, Katie! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your ticket question for us. We love helping Guests get the answers to all their planning questions.

As Goofy would say, oh gawrsh! Accidents happen especially in the excitement of getting your tickets. You'll be happy to know that this is a common mistake that happens and you will actually be okay to head to the gates and scan into the parks with your tickets as they are. When you assign a name to a ticket, it's actually more for your benefit in the app to distinguish the tickets between you and your party. Disneyland assigns the ticket by taking a picture of each of you the first time you use your ticket. If you would like to change the name on the ticket, just have the person who purchased the tickets call Guest Services, or use the chat feature through the Disneyland app, and ask to have the name changed.

If you are going to be in Disneyland Park and need a good afternoon break, I highly recommend catching The Tale of the Lion King at Fantasyland Theatre. It is such a fantastic show and a great way to sit in the shade and recharge.

Katie, thanks again for stopping by! I hope you and your family have the best time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
