    I have park tickets for April but won't be coming and because of health problems won't be able to use them in the near future can I get a refund

    Hi Carol!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so sorry that you won't be able to visit soon, but understand that you have to take care of you, which is the most important thing! Typically, theme park tickets and packages at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable. While you cannot cancel or get a refund for a ticket or package, in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation. Given the current circumstances, I would highly recommend that you speak with Guest Relations regarding your situation and they may be able to provide you with other options.
