Welcome to planDisney, Kyly!
Oh, bother! I'm so sorry that you had to cancel your previous plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. As Remy from Ratatouille once said, "The only thing predictable about life is its unpredictability." COVID-19 certainly proved that to be the case. But here's the good news: now you get to enjoy
The Most Magical Celebration on Earth! There's a whole new world to see and experience, with new attractions, spectacular shows, memorable merchandise, dazzling décor, tasty treats, and delicious drinks. Mickey and his pals are eagerly waiting for you to join the EARidescent excitement.
But "let's get down to business" and figure out your ticket situation. If you have an unused ticket from 2020, then it's more than likely that your ticket has now expired. However, Hakuna Matata! You'll be pleased to know that the value of any unused ticket can be applied to a new ticket (you'll simply have to pay any difference in price). You'll just need to call "
Existing Tickets" and a Cast Member should be able to wave their magic wand and help you get some
new tickets.
Once you get your new tickets, don't forget to make
theme park reservations, Kyly. Also, 60 days before your trip, you'll be able to make dining reservations. One of my favorite things to do in preparation for a Walt Disney World trip is to book a table at one of the
many wonderful restaurants. On the day of your visit, I'd recommend purchasing Disney Genie+ so that you can enjoy more attractions throughout your day.
I hope that's helpful, Kyly. See ya real soon!
Mike
