How much is a park ticket at Walt Disney World for a 9 year old child?

    Hi Steven,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. At Walt Disney World, every guest can be a kid at heart. But those who are ages 3 through 9 are officially considered children and receive a discounted rate on tickets, dining and some experiences. (Children who have not yet reached their third birthdays receive free admission.)

Quoting an exact amount for admission for either a child or an adult is a bit tricky. Ticket prices vary depending upon the time of year, the day of the week, the length of stay, whether you want to visit one park a day or have the option to park hop, and a number of other factors, including special promotional offers.

To find the exact rates and purchase tickets for your trip in March, you can go to the ticketing section of the Walt Disney World website and put in the dates and options that are right for you. Or you can chat with a Disney cast member for help with new ticket purchases at (407) 939-7679.

Thanks for your question, Steven. While it is difficult to give you concrete details about ticket prices, please let us know if you would like recommendations for dining, FastPass+ reservations, itineraries or other plans for your vacation. We have lots of specific tips and opinions to offer, based on our experiences with our families. Enjoy!
