Can I make my 1 park ticket into a park hopper after purchasing?

    Hi Kassandra,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!

“A dream is a wish your heart makes”, and just like Cinderella, you can transform your 1-day ticket into a Park Hopper! If you have already purchased your theme park ticket, then you can speak with a friendly Cast Member on the Tickets line who will happily assist with upgrading your theme park ticket to a park hopper! You will need to pay the difference on the phone, so be sure to update the payment information in your Disney account, and just like magic, your ticket will be upgraded! I have waved my magic wand and reviewed the Theme Park Reservation Calendar, and as of today, both theme parks have reservations available (subject to change)!

Did you know that when you add a Park Hopper to your existing ticket, you do not have to make a separate park reservation for each park? Theme park reservations are a requirement, but only for the first park you visit. So be sure to have a theme park reservation for either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park for rope drop. Then once the clock strikes 11:00 AM PST (hours subject to change), you can hop back and forth as many times as your heart desires (and as long as the parks do not reach capacity!).

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
