If we have a park ticket and dinner reservation at Epcot, can we park at boardwalk or will we be turned away

    Hi Jolene!

Welcome to planDisney! What a fun day you have planned. EPCOT and a delicious dinner sounds like the perfect combo for a practically perfect Disney day!

Let’s dive into the Disney parking vibes! Disney's BoardWalk does have parking, but it's typically reserved for Guests staying at the resort or those with dining reservations at one of the BoardWalk area restaurants. Even then, the time allowed for parking is usually limited, and availability isn’t guaranteed. It all depends on how busy things are when you arrive. So while you might be allowed to park there if you have a dining reservation, security can (and often does) turn away cars when the lot is full or if you're not on the reservation list.

If your dinner is at a restaurant inside EPCOT rather than on the BoardWalk, I’d recommend parking at the EPCOT main entrance. It’s the most straightforward way to enjoy your time in the park and head to dinner without any hiccups. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, Disney transportation is another easy, magical way to get around, and it saves you the stress of parking altogether!

To keep things smooth and stress-free, it’s best not to count on BoardWalk parking as your gateway into EPCOT. That way, you can focus on the fun instead of worrying about logistics.

Wishing you a dazzling day of World Showcase wandering, nighttime spectaculars, and magical memory-making!

Thanks for stopping by, and we hope to hEAR from you again soon! ~Emille
