What are the park ticket cancellation policy

    Hi Andre,

Thank you for visiting us today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me try to help you with your question today.

Theme Park Tickets purchased online or at shopDisney in general have a specific start date, and must be used within a certain time frame. Unused tickets do expire but their cost can be applied by Guest Relations towards new ones. Unfortunately, purchases are not refundable.

That's why one of the many benefits of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel is the ability to book a vacation package, which includes Tickets. These packages only require a small deposit and are fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival, when payment in full is due. There is even ways to cancel a vacation package with partial refunds closer to your arrival time if needed.

One last tip: it is best to link your purchases to your My Disney Experience account, as this will give you access to make FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance. Happy planning.
