    Must you have a park ticket in addition to an after hours ticket or can you purchase the after hours ticket alone and just go to the park at 7:00pm for the evening?

    Hi, Nancy! It is great to have you back here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I guess you'll be happy to know that you only need a Disney After Hours ticket to enter the Theme Parks at 7 p.m. on the night of the event. Isn't it amazing?

    I did precisely that when I attended Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park last year and I had a BLAST. I got to the Theme Park right in time to do the shopping I had to do and watch Happily Ever After before the event started. I loved every bit of it!

    To maximize my time at Magic Kingdom Park, I had dinner at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa before heading for the Monorail, and I think it was a great strategic choice. Maybe it is a good option for you, too!
