When does the park switch over from Halloween to Christmas?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Pearl!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to make sure you have the most MAGICAL time ever!

Mickey Mouse and his pals do an absolutely TIGGER-ific job at decorating the Disneyland Resort from September through the end of the year! The Halloween decorations are so much fun! However, I believe the absolute BEST time to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH is most definitely during the Christmas season! The Disneyland Resort is completely turned into a winter wonderland with garland, lights, Christmas trees, and many of your favorite Disney characters dressed in their festive attire. I am very happy to share with you that decorations typically go up around the first week in November and will stay up until the first week in January. This gives you a large window of time to plan your trip with your family and friends.

I hope this information helps you in your planning! As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
