Which park would you suggest for a whole day and which one for a half day betweem Epcot and Hollywood studios? It will be 2 adults and an almost 3 year old in the middle of January. The other half of the half day will be spent at MK. Only 39 days left!!

    Hi there, Connie!

With a traveling party of that makeup, I would definitely suggest Epcot as your full-day adventure and Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS) as your half-day.

There is plenty for a little one to see and do at DHS, including Disney Junior: Live On Stage. This show immerses the little ones in a world populated by some of their Disney Junior favorites: "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Little Einsteins," and, just added, "Jake and the Neverland Pirates"! This is a puppet show, where Guests are seated on the floor, so your best viewing will actually require you to sit at the back of the theater. She might also enjoy Voyage of the Little Mermaid, a 15-minute show featuring live action, puppets, and special effects, and Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage.

Epcot is loaded with kid-friendly rides and attractions, including Finding Nemo. Turtle Talk with Crush, Journey into Imagination, Living with the Land, and so much more. The pavilions in World Showcase provide spots for each child to customize a cool, complimentary Duffy the Disney Bear cutout.

I'd take this one step further and suggest that you try to do the highlights of DHS and Epcot in a single day and allow an entire day for the Magic Kingdom, if that is allowable by your itinerary. Between rides, characters, shows, parades, and of course, fireworks, you'll easily need a full day to see everything your daughter will want to enjoy.

If you'd like some help developing some half day itineraries, feel free to contact me directly through the Moms Panel site; I'll be glad to assist!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
