Standard tickets for Disneyland Resort don't really sell out, however, theme park ticket reservations do fill up for dates. Theme park ticket reservations are needed along with a valid ticket for entrance to either of the Disneyland Resort parks. The Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar is fluid meaning that reservations can and may open up after a date is shown as not available as Guests cancel and change plans.
When looking for reservations for a specific date, I always recommend keeping an eye on the
Theme Park Ticket Availability Calendar. I have been able to get reservations a few times for dates that were blocked out by checking constantly the day before. Another option is to look at the different ticket types. I do see that one park per day ticket reservations are blocked out for February 14, 2023, however, the park hopper ticket does have availability for both parks.
