Can I park an RV at Disney World Resort parking lots while staying at a Disney Resort. There is one old post about this same question that is from 2017. I was looking for an answer that is more current. Thank you Steve

    Hello Steven!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question! We are excited to hear that you will soon “Be Our Guest”, and we hope to help you plan magical memories for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Staying at a Disney Resort hotel will allow you to experience the magic every moment of your stay while enjoying several benefits.

After confirming with Cast Members, I am happy to share that you are welcome to park your RV at your Disney Resort hotel. Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that is charged per night and that will be applied to your hotel folio upon check-out. Most Disney Resort hotels are able to accommodate recreational vehicles in their parking lots, but due to their large size it may not be possible to park close to your assigned Guest room. I recommend confirming with Cast Members the best location for your RV so you can park at a spot where you can easily pull out of into the perimeter road. Please keep in mind that each Disney Resort hotel is different and it may be more challenging to find spacious RV parking at some destinations.

However, if you want to be sure that you will have the space you need for your RV or if you would like to live out of it during your stay, then I highly recommend making reservations at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Each campsite provides complimentary standard parking for one motorized vehicle and comes fully equipped with water, cable television and electrical hook-ups, a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Guests staying at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort also enjoy all the benefits available for other Disney Resort hotel Guests including complimentary transportation to all four theme parks.

I hope this helps you while planning, Steven! Please stop by once again real soon if you have additional questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
