Can you park at a resort for free if you have dining reservations?

Hi there, Alexis!  You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort has some incredible options when it comes to dining, and some of the best restaurants can be found at the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels.  Guests with confirmed dining reservations at a resort hotel are welcome to park there while enjoying their meal.  Standard self-parking is complimentary for Guests while dining at a resort hotel restaurant.

Please keep in mind, however, that parking at resort hotels is reserved for Guests staying at that particular hotel and for Guests with dining reservations.  While you are welcome to drive to the restaurant, you should move your car once you are finished dining.  I usually try to limit parking for a dining reservation to around three hours.  When you arrive at the resort hotel, you will need to let the security guard at the entrance gate know that you have a dining reservation.  Sometimes they will just ask for your name, but you should also be prepared to give them your reservation number in case they need that as well.

It sounds like you're all set with your dining reservations for your upcoming trip, but if you're looking for some additional snacks and sips to try, be sure to visit EPCOT.  The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is currently taking place, and I know I'm studying the Foodie Guide and making my list of must-try dishes for my next visit.

Alexis, if you have any other questions as you get ready for your vacation, please don't hesitate to ask.  My fellow planDisney panelists and I are all ears!  See ya real soon!
