The nice thing about already having booked your
theme park reservations using your Disneyland Resort account is that you can use that same account to log in to the
Disneyland mobile app and your tickets should already be linked for you. To log in through the app, tap the “Sign In” button on the app's Home Screen. Or if you tap the “Tickets and Passes” tile on the app’s ☰ feature menu, you’ll also be prompted to log in.
If you find that your tickets aren’t showing up, you may locate a link to your
Disney eTickets from your
ticket purchase confirmation email. Then you can either print out those tickets or use the ticket IDs displayed to link your eTickets to the mobile app from the “Tickets and Passes” screen. If any technical issues remain, I recommend initiating a chat with a Cast Member in the mobile app or placing a phone call to a Cast Member with either the
Website Support or Tickets phone line.
Tony’s Tip: If you plan on purchasing the
Disney Genie+ service and/or purchasing a return time to either of the
individual Lightning Lane options not included with Genie+, you may wish to store a payment method with your account on the Disneyland mobile app as well. This can help streamline your purchases. That also includes
mobile food and beverage orders and
Merchandise Mobile Checkout.
