If you purchased tickets on the
Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland website, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. I suggest looking there first! If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your
Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! When you purchased your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
If you locate your tickets and they are still not showing in the Disneyland Mobile App, you can still add them manually. To do this, visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland Mobile App and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right hand corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add the ticket that is not already showing.
