Hi Jim! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! As you know, those
Disney Park Pass Reservations along with your valid
Theme Park Ticket are currently required to visit the four theme parks at
Walt Disney World Resort. Let's try to troubleshoot to make sure you do indeed have those important confirmed reservations. Grab your smartphone.
First, I want to make sure you have updated both your phone and the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Now, open the app, and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, followed by "Future Plans." Scroll through to search for the "Disney Park Pass" with the theme park on the day in question.
If you still do not see them in the app and you are sure you completed your Theme Park Reservations, you should have a confirmation email from the day you made your reservation. Be sure to double-check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find confirmation of your Theme Park Reservations, I suggest you make a call to the
Existing Tickets Help Center for further assistance. At this time, the
availability calendar is limited in some parks but
EPCOT and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park have spots open.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
